Hi I received a request to pay £54.99 otherwise I will lose my data This payment is kind if weird to me as I do pay you (APPLE COM/BILL 08001076285IE £2.49 every 6th of the month. You take the money you specified when i upgraded every month on time so why to pay such large amount £54.99 now?!!! I do not accept that. My phone number is 0044(0)7796776936. Please keep me updated as I do not wish to lose my data on iCloud and in the meantime I feel it is not fair to pay such large amount while i do pay monthly. Thanks Nahla Sabry

My credit card used to pay your fees was hacked & I just added my new card to my account but your system won’t let me remove the card no longer active. Tried calling your help desk but no one answered. Do not know how to fix the problem…..don’t like or understand computers. Thanks for any help you can give me. I have updated a new card to use for your fees.
